Dopo la grande premiazione dei “British Academy Film Awards 2011” tenutasi lo scorso 13 febbraio alla Royal House di Londra, tocca questa volta alla televisione ricevere i meritati premi e omaggi dalla British Academy Of Film And Television Arts, che il prossimo 22 maggio presso il Grosvenor House Hotel, darà il via alla cerimonia di premiazione dei Philips British Academy Of Television Awards, i BAFTA televisivi.
La versione inglese degli Emmy Awards ha quest’ anno sicuramente riconosciuto il merito di grandi produzioni britanniche come “Misfits” e “Sherlock“, entrambe tra i titoli di spicco di questa edizione 2011, che ovviamente, come ogni anno dal 2007 a questa parte, concederà un premio anche alla migliore serie televisiva realizzata al di fuori del Regno Unito e dell’ Irlanda.
Ovviamente non solo film tv e telefilm, ma sarà dato ampio spazio anche ai programmi d’ approfondimento, di intrattenimento, di informazione, alle migliori dirette sportive e tanto altro ancora. E il Pioneer Award, il premio per l’ innovazione televisiva consegnato grazie alle votazioni del pubblico.
